I think they just said it to sell it. I knew people in recovery who would have doctors prescribe it to them and tell them it was safe and non-addictive.

Honestly, the people I knew that liked other opiates usually said they hated tramadol. But I also knew a handful of folks that never got into other opiates and really liked abusing tramadol.

Keep it up! Especially when it sucks!

All this transphobia is so fucking ridiculous. Idaho about to be the first state where every private business has a single unisex toilet behind one door for everyone to use.

Ah, the ol' time release trick.

Not quite the same, but they used to tell us Tramadol wasn't habit forming either.

Wtf, are people snorting Vyvanse? I thought its whole purpose was that it worked for ADHD and was not recreationally fun.

They didn't lie to me, did they?!

I agree with this take. Just want to add that I think the more that people see a justice system skewed, so that certain classes of people are not treated the same as other classes within that system, the more likely you are to see some form of mob justice. In my country the three types of people you listed often get to avoid accountability. And do so very publicly. Which inspires people to want to force justice on their own.

Mobs are never nuanced or intelligent about their actions. They are a result of an emotional outpouring from within a nation's populace. Much like rioting, frequent instances of people calling for or participating in mob justice is a pretty big indicator that you've got some serious problems in your nation that need immediate attention.

Being upset at the mob is correct. It's also usually only one side of a multi-facted problem.

Well, yeah. Everybody's prices are that much higher. I think the cheapest I saw on there recently is like $17.20/terabyte. And I didn't see them cheaper anywhere else.

Eh, Jews don't really have an afterlife. Just tell people to do good things.

Except where attempts are doucmented: https://www.votebeat.org/pennsylvania/2025/10/15/fulton-county-fined-for-allowing-access-to-voting-machine-2020-election/

Did get them in trouble though and the voting machines in question had to be removed. And the county got a fine. Also weird that it's a republican stronghold that let a 3rd party into their voting machines.

Just in case: https://serverpartdeals.com/ Still the same sort of prices you expect, but decent warranties on re-certified enterprise HDDs.

Oddly, I've never had an HDD or SSD ever die on me. I've got old ass ones that aren't even a GB that I've torn apart and thrown away. My oldest SSD just got removed and put in a cabinet because 256gb is just too small.
