Oh come on now... you cannot say that! Or the fact that people claimed the Bush, Obama, Obama, Trump, Biden, and Trump elections were rigged since the 2000s! Just because the candidate we did not want to win won does not mean we should not accept it when the opposition wins.

Seriously though, gerrymandering is a real issue across the states and incumbent parties often gerrymanders to keep the opposition of power. In a way, this is election rigging, but until we amend the constitution, this cannot be fixed. Luckily... if enough of us flips in one election cycle, they cannot gerrymander fast enough to stop actual fair elections. This is the reason I am an Independent voter.

Even though I could not vote, I supported GOP President Bush in the first half of the 2000s and only stopped supporting him due to the Patriot Act, Democrat President Obama in the second half of the 2000s and the first half of the 2010s and only stopped supporting him due to him lifting the sanctions on tyrannical regimes (although, the ACA is a good thing), the GOP President Trump in the second half of the 2010s mostly because I did not like the fact Hillary said she would continue Obama's foreign policy, and the Democrat President Biden in the first half of the 2020s and stopped supporting him due to the botched withdrawl at Afghanistan that gave terrorists American weapons and got our soldiers and military dogs killed. Then in 2024 when I could finally vote, I supported Constitution Party Candidate Terry because Trump was mid, I did not like that the Democrat Party pulled a fast one and forced Biden out when he won the primaries for Kamala without a new primary, I did not like the Libertarian Party Candidate Oliver due to his stances, and I did not like the 'Vaccines causes Autism!' Independent Party Candidate RFK Jr. as that is stupid. I have ZERO party loyalty. I am not a partisan voter. If people are hostile to me, it only pushes me away from their candidate and party. Same with if they do stupid stuff.

This is why I use Waterfox paired with DuckDuckGo tbh. Brave is a scummy company.

I used to moderate REGULAR SFW spaces on both Reddit and Discord and let me tell you, the stuff people post is insane. They post straight out terrorist and cartel executions like it is nothing... and that is ignoring the ones who post rapes, tortures, murders, etc. I can only imagine how bad NSFW spaces are. If you do not have an iron-stomach, I would never recommend moderating spaces with millions of people on it.

I am not YET permanently banned on Reddit, even though I have been temporarily banned a few times. I am moving away to PieFed though... but I find it difficult to get engagement without the ability to have crossposts link back to the main post. I am just sick of Reddit and their behaviour. They arbitrarily ban people and then refuse to ban literal terrorists and people who keeps going on mass-shootings were radicalised on Reddit, which got them investigated by the Department of Justice BOTH back during the Biden-era and the current Trump-era. I may often not agree with the Threadiverse politically and get into my fair share of debates (I have an older account that I cannot find on Lemmy that I made in 2023- but whatever since I like PieFed more), but Reddit is just THAT BAD where they somehow make both the left and right investigate them. Bruh. They are just dogwater, which is an insult to dogwater. 😭

I have personally only seen people complaining about the ending. But regardless, I would generally agree.

If I recall correctly, Trump told them to 'Fucking not.' and said he will decide and Netanyahu ignored him and went ahead to do it anyways. What is he going to do? Invade a nuclearly-armed chemical weapons-armed country with second-strike capabilities and an Intelligence Agency proven they are willing strike in the West? It is frankly pathetic Trump thinks he can do anything to stop them. Especially when Russia would flip on a dime to take over for the State of Israel in the United Nations if the United States of America truly went against them because Russia only cares about power, not neccessarily who is their ally. Trump speaks a big game and then cannot back it up. Is he strong? That depends if you think bombing countries into oblivion and back is strong. Is he actually able to project power? HAH! Russia, China, India, Israel, and the European Union walks all over him and laughs at him not only behind closed doors, but to his face! He could not even stop the war in Ukraine, could not stop the war in Gaza, could not stop China projecting power further into Europe and posturing against Taipei, and could not tariff India into submission as he realised they are too large and powerful to be blackmailed into submission. All he can do is mess with United Kingdom because Starmer is a weak coward who cannot stand up to Trump and is bullied into submission. Trump cannot even keep his 'most important promises', much less call the shots for a nation that produces their own weapons, phased out reliance on the Iron Dome to the Iron Beam, has an Intelligence Agency that rivals the C.I.A., and recently turned down ALL future aid from the United States of America as they did in the 1980s and before since they realise relations between the West and the State of Israel are faltering. Anyone who knows the situation on the ground can see that as they hedge their bets to the Russo-Sino-Indo sphere and other parts of the Far East. But yeah! Trump can TOTALLY control Israel, right guys?! 😉 Laughable. Gosh... his posturing just makes him sound like a pissbaby. 🤣
