One of those bikes that deserve more love, but seem to be collectively forgotten
Well they started out as something to literally get around the pits on, got out of hand and now they are just small cheap bikes for fun and racing. I can fold the bars down on my Dax with no tools and sling in the back of my car one handed
It's the tank, cb125, 70's era, so bang on for a mini honda 750-4 lookalike!
It's made out of left over pitbike parts, nothing special or exotic anywhere, slap a tank, appropriate seat and flyscreen on any suitable minibike and apply your favorite paint.
If it sucks you're doing it wrong. You don't have to run a marathon on day one, do 5x3 push ups everyother day until it's too easy

Cut a milk bottle in half, cut a big hole shove fan in, then wire it up direct to the wall, fun instant hovercraft!
Instant means really short with lots of sparks

I ride all year round, only really begin to feel the cold below 7 degrees, that generally is the point that I start wearing gloves. everyones tolerance for cold is different, but its the rain that really sucks ass, not so bad if you get wet on the way home and you can change and dry up quick, but if you're stuck at work...
As for the bike it's self, spend money on your protective gear, then on sticky tyres, noy just good brand name tyres, sticky tyres, then on the bike.
