"Modern prophet just as irritating, unnecessary as ancient ones, says other passengers."

See, I have to go outside for my sticks and branches.

But you've stumbled into my point out of belligerence; neither of those are "trekking poles" which are dressed up cross country skiing poles that'd cost you $20 - $300 to discover it's shit and apparently embed itself into your organs.

A boyscout could teach you how to find a fucking decent branch for free.

Since you absolutely must argue this shit(?), I personally feel big box outdoor outfitter camping stores are the culprit in this, and I don't think any cleanliness was provided to the perforation endured to justify the likelihood of just such an event or extra cost.

What are you? A rep with big shitty aluminum walking pole?

Let's just assume I was speaking to the other grizzled sorts that can evaluate a walking stick that their grandchildren can use without fear of unintended impalement.

Those fucking poles are overpriced outfitter gear. He'd have probably been better off with a good stick.

My analogy for this attitude is 90s MTV executives and producers not understanding the appeal of Primus, giving up on music, and becoming surveillance as entertainment with reality TV because we wouldn't sit and listen to Train, gin blossoms, modest mouse, etc.

EA has sucked terribly for at least 30 years running. I ragequit EA after they bought the James Bond franchise immediately after goldeneye and made "the world is not enough (money)".

Does slave actually = black to you?

Is that humor in your world?

Modern Greeks aren't.

No real idea about thousands of years and several times being conquered what they'd look like really.

Fact is it's weird to get hung up on or care about really.

Yeah, but there'd actually be more roughspun fabrics worn everyday than beautiful silks like they'd portray in a 60s era sword and sandal film.

Fact is we can't conceive what the gene pool even made a Greek look like that long ago anyways when this existed as song.

Why is everyone convinced Troy is a Greek state?

From what I recall there's no definitive site labeled "Hey historians and argumentative future nerds, this was ilion or Troy". Priam ruled here, Hector and Achilles died yonder."

Speculation I remember placing it near Carthage, then Istanbul.

I of all people should probably know, but I just don't think it fucking matters, personally.

Edit: before I get that message, I am aware the illiad is a work of fiction, with a possible degree of basis in truth, or none at all being another possibility.

How the fuck is it I don't work in the field or live in Greece, yet I comprehend the issue you're referring to and you do not?

Greece built a shitload of panels without the storage capacity. That's all.

Then these gigantic installations directly on the grid caused capacity overruns and have to be just taken offline.

Katalavaineis?
