Eric Berg is a quack. Michael Gregor (nutrition facts.org) is borderline quackery but solidly grounded and features nutrition research. Abby Sharp is good but embraces the algorithm too much. Molly Pelletier is good for GERD treatment. Nutrition made simple is a good one by a PhD in nutrition I believe.

Look for dietitians not nutritionists because any quack can claim to be a nutritionist but RD/RDN/dietitians is a licensed professional.

The truth is YouTube isn’t a great primary source it’s probably best to set up an appointment with a health care provider to see a dietician, it’s probably not super expensive per apppointment especially with insurance

You guys think turning this country into broad swaths of suburbs and 10 lane interstates was bad or something?

Metal spoon in the cafe that makes the drink? Nah we need a single use rod of plastic to make consumers feel like they’re getting a premium product. Fuck the environment

South Africa does not report on crime statistics broken down by race but a majority of the country's farmers are white, while other people living on farms, such as workers, are mostly black.

Hmm. Interesting. I’m hoping this turns into the boy who cried slave revolution.

The modern Guinness drinker is a metropolitan living gentleman or lady who prefers hard liquor or mixed drinks but if they have to get a beer based on social dynamics sighs and orders a Guinness while lamenting it not tasting the same as their fall vacation to Cork. They’ll get 8 Guinness pints for $75 usd plus tips and drive up the count.

The country bumpkins and migrant workers split their vote for the various light beer and can’t afford to drink parties causing the win to go to the Irish favorite. At 4% abv and a mild but distinguished flavor it’s no surprise it can come out on top in a state dominated by its large metro population.

It’s like the FBI ~~thought up~~ asked Grok what the most likely assassination plot on trump would be and pilled a nazi to try it out.

In other news, be very careful what you say online.

The wacko Christian types want to classify any porn consumption as an addiction and a problem widespread in America. Yeah it happens but it’s hardly the most important issue for us.

I was a programmer at a mid size tech company and they hit our department hard with layoffs today. Like a third of the staff who actually did shit gone, some of the best programmers too. The truly wealthy can just take from those beneath them before harming themselves. Then double count by taking a profit on their shares because they “fixed the financials”

If movie mindset taught me anything it’s that it’s easier to teach hard working blue collar oilmen to be astronauts than it is to teach astronauts to be blue collar folks, so they’ll be fine.

ai is gonna like take over the world everybody. just wait for agi bro I'm telling ya dog.

It’s bad enough they gotta stink up the break room, now they’re going around making content about eating sardines and how healthy they think it is (it’s not)

Why is this a thing now? Go eat some beans nerds
