Wrong. That's dipshit. Subtle difference.

Not saying it's the same, but this person creates videos, as well as YouTube contents.

With great financial success, I might add.

Hopefully that hospital trip worth it.

Someone in the industry here.

Sadly there's no money or hype in developing broken pages, as cool and fun as it sounds. Especially with the high speed connection people have these days.

I guess the concept of webpages as documents had fallen out of favor especially that dynamic contents became more prevalent. This is even true for Lemmy.

Thanks! I'm sure this could come in handy!

Okay, I've looked at the post and there are some replies. Some of them have the text they're replying to quoted.

Of course it has to be running Win11.

Hi all, I noticed this community hasn't been active for a while. Might be a good time to bring it back.

Chances are, you already know what I'm talking about. For those who don't: the moderators and admins on feddit.org, especially !europe@feddit.org, have been removing comments and banning the users that are pro-Palestine, most of the time without even directly addressing them, just straight to banning.

Check out this pinned post. While a some were legit insults and calls to violence, most were just expressing dissatisfaction and questioning the policy.

While not all of us would always agree on things, we've been trying to engage in meaningful discussion even if we'd sometimes end up agreeing to disagree. The same cannot be said on the above community. At this rate, it would become an echo chamber for pro-Israel who'd say anyone disagreeing with them is antisemitic.

Not strictly EU, but I'm rather annoyed that this archaic feature has to be included in virtually every model of suitcase in the market.

Alternatively, anyone know how to remove it without destroying the suitcase?

Has anyone successfully typed either European accented characters or Japanese Kanas on their physical keyboard?

For the longest time, I've been trying to get non-English characters to appear on my system. Specifically European accented characters. I've read about the compose key, but I could never make it work somehow.

I've also tried to make the Kanas to appear using the Japanese keyboard, but that too doesn't work.

I'm using mostly KDE system, on many different distros. As for the keyboard, it's almost always standard US QWERTY without the numpad, varying between various laptops (mostly Thinkpads) and USB keyboards. For the Japanese, it's a Thinkpad W530 (should also apply to X230, T430, and T530).

I've been using Linux for quite a while now. I'm familiar with most inner working of the system, but this the one thing I can never wrap my head around!

I'm from a less fortunate country, looking to move to EU (or Aussie).

Been looking around and all the job posts I see requires that I'd already been living in their city. This is not feasible for me as I'd need visa, which would need company sponsorship.

Any advice?
