They can sabotage helicopters when Mango Mussolini levies tariffs on them, it's a start.

They can also go in a plane, so it's not really a skill issue. They might not be allowed on board, but that's an issue of discrimination, not skill.

The real skill issue is how much better they can swim compared to you, or really any human.
