You say that as an insult but I recall that one of the leading mindsets behind Israel's dahiya doctrine was to EXPLICITLY behave as a rabid dog in their attacks so as to deter through fear any attacks on them
This honestly goes both ways (between the US and Israel I mean). Sometimes Israel does some negotiating then Trump ties them to some absurd demands.
