Regular painful bloody stools are unusual and concerning and you should not be having them. And its not a "quick diet fix" thing potentially. It could be a lot of stuff, so you should see a real life professional about them.GI bleeds can be serious, but crohns, anal fissure or hemorrhoids, an STI, all can be treated and you dont have to keep living with painful bloody stools. And I dont wanna shock ya, but colon cancer is on the rise in the under 40s age group and if you have a family history for it you should definitely be seeing a doctor. If it is that, you will be very thankful at 60 you saw someone so early about it. But theres plenty of other things it could be.
You said youve been engaging in sexual activity with that so maybe you just have some internal wound and itll just be some tests and maybe abx and rest and then get back to it later~

I, uh, actually haven't been doing anything in there because it'll hurt sometimes when I take my prog and that scares me off it. Just kind feeling... urges recently, like I want to do things there...I'm gonna see if improving my diet helps things but if it doesn't I'll go to the doctor
Go to the doctor regardless, I literally had a colonoscopy last week and I'm in my 20s and they removed two polyps. This is not a eh just wait around thing this is a do it as soon as possible thing
