baby laxative powder (levamisole) is actually a very common coke cut

I'd imagine it could've come from people (intentionally or otherwise)conflating it with baby powder

Its normally baby formula and powder. that is being talked about because that's what is often in these "busts" and the cops need to cover their ass. Cause that shit is expensive and there are a lot of reasons why a mom might need it and can't provide it. So there is a big shoplifting "issue" its why they put them in those anti theft cages and shit now. It's pretty gross.
