No worries, it's just the internet. I don't specialize in any kind of mental health care, I'm a bones and joint guy. But growing up my mother was afflicted with pretty bad untreated bipolar disorder so I'm pretty empathetic to anyone trying to wrangle their mental health to a better place.

thanks. if you're ever not sure, just ask me who you're talking to (or tell me i'll be eaten by clowns) and it should be enough to get the sane one of me back in control. most people don't notice duality.
