They're not wrong that they wanna do the equivalent of a coup and run Mills regardless but the Platner campaign and the people who pushed him definitely didnt do themselves or progressive nominal left by picking this fucking guy - and backing him after the nazi tattoo thing and the earlier abuse story

The question is still is this incompetence on vetting platner or them seeing how bad a candidate can be and win simply by being white and saying Medicare For All

The fact they weren't able to determine that from his actions prior to this is what makes Grim and Sagaar (and all the other glazers) so revolting. He is a gleeful mass murderer. He boasted about converting a grenade launcher into a makeshift mortar after they were ordered to stop using mortars due to excessive civilian casualties - literally just murdering civilians and acting like it makes him a badass. If that and all the other shit he got up to didn't disqualify him for you, then dropping him now isn't principled opposition, it's just fear for your own reputation. I think it's fair to say they were ride or die, it's just that he died. They have never had an ethical objection to the guy.
