It's also love it that when I make a post like this at least someone always assumes I'm some starry eyed idealist that doesn't live in the horrors of the real world.

Meanwhile I've been through shit so vile I probably couldn't talk about it here without censoring half of it. God forbid I think "hmm maybe people shouldn't be needlessly cruel."

Yeah, the default assumption people seem to have (that it's not possible to see that things are bad and still be kind) is aggravating.
