This addiction is real, and incredibly difficult to kick. I lost a decade of my life convincing myself it wasn't that bad, basically being high whenever I was conscious and not working.

Today I'm 110 days sober and the cravings are still there, but my mental capacity has also improved dramatically.

Could you elaborate? I wonder because I got 92% on my trade exam that included math and things and have been smoking concentrates daily for years.

Absolutely, I feel like I was still smart, inquisitive, mindful and all that.. but it felt like my ability to access that information and effectively communicate it out loud wasn't very easy. I would always forget the names of things in the middle of a sentence, I'd take longer to respond to questions at work.. stuff like that.
