Best Gift Ever

…Is Friendship is Magic's 44 minute holiday special. The Mane Six do a not-Secret Santa (called a Hearth's Warming Helper), and the special follows each character's troubles finding gifts for each other. Discord's in it, too, as is a creature called a Winterchilla, as is a one-off character called Pistachio who I really like. He's a colt who's into fashion.

Spring Breakdown

…Is the first of the three Equestria Girls specials to come out in 2019. The students of Canterlot High are on a cruise ship for spring break, when freaky things start happening. Ties into MLP The Movie.

"The Beginning of the End" (1+2)

…The season 9 premiere is vital setup for the series finale at the end of this season. As you might be able to tell from the thumbnail, a bunch of the old unreformed villains from the past 8 seasons return, with a new villain from G1 to boot.
