Yeah we got the wild undercount of deaths from fascism, the "Nazis were socialists actually" trope, making up numbers + blaming deaths under communism e.g. famine on the ideology; those are all pretty familiar. I haven't seen the wild ass 300,000,000 killed by Islam before, and the very cheeky bonus of getting to smuggle in a picture of the prophet.

I would bet a modest amount of money that they padded that number out with Muslims killed by the crusades. I feel like to get there you have to punch religious wars involving Islam into google, and then just add up all the casualties with no thought given to the instigator or even which side the casualty was killed by. Or honestly that's probably more work than was put into this, they probably just asked Grok how many people were killed by Islam and that's the number Elon had hard coded.
