I don't mean to be an asshole but as an American this figure means absolutely nothing to me. I need you to explain it in terms of 9/11's.
Imagine a 9/11, but in every building everywhere, your house, your neighbour's house, the local 7/11, the local Denny's, the IHOP, everywhere.
