Where are the counter narrative news about the state the hospital mentioned has been operating in? There's none, they won't even let any journalists in, but even that is a fucking excuse. Western outlets could just spread the message of the people on the ground, but they are fucking cowards. They like that they aren't allowed in, because they can hide behind it as an excuse.
