Israeli interest are US interest.
Please. Let's stop doing "country analysis". We are not living in feudal times.
You are not "America" you are an "American". The interest of America's capitalist class are aligned and the same as the Israeli colonial project. Your personal interest are not a part of "America's" interest AT ALL. Stop trying to disassociate or scapegoat those crimes to America's proxy state.
This class based understanding is becoming significantly more important as "the right" shifts to becoming anti Israel. They are not doing this to "purge" the Imperialist interest from America. They are doing this to defend them. To distract you. To make you think American leaders were "tricked". They are doing this as an inevitable result of public opinion that the contradictions of their narrative need to shift with. They will shift to "blaming the Jews" for the failures in US foreign policy and it's war mongering.
They won't say this so bluntly. They will attach to populous anti Zionist messages in order to control the narrative. "It's Israels fault alone".
Please, please don't be fooled by this.

We on the left have been critical of Israel for years. But if your criticism was not based in understanding the material interest of American empire you will fall pray to the simple right wing narrative that makes you feel like "America" is not the problem. That capitalism is not the problem. When the reality is; that they are.
You are "an American"; you live here. Stop trying to justify what "America" does as a defense of your identity. That "America" can be good if we just purge these lobbying groups. No, "America" is those lobbying groups. "America" is the interest of capital. You have no more of a control of "America's" foreign interventions than you do Israels. And they are one in the same.
Yes. Israel has massive influence over American politics if you are blinded by looking at the interest based on a separation of countries. There is no separation. These are all the interest of the capitalist (Epstein) class.
