The british were the lesser evil in the yank rebellion tbh
A large part of the reason the yanks rebelled is their real estate investments in native land were threatened by britain beginning to enforce native land rights more atrongly after the 7 years war, including actually taking (violent!) action against illegal settlers on native lands. George washington and his real estate buddies didnt like this
