so am i my manager had to stop me from reading comics in the dugout
I played baseball for several years, but finally decided to give it up to pursue karate full time.
Kickin ass either way, I like it!
My dad didn't let me try out for the team my freshman because he still resented getting cut despite have to play catcher for the entire tryout week, never getting to even bat. In his defense, i was terrible in little league, and he let me join the lacrosse team instead, which i really enjoyed.
Fun side story, but did you know that Hugo Chavez threw out the first pitch at Shea Stadium once?
I like lacrosse too, I just wish it wasn't so bougie and full of shitheads.
Yeah, it was fun and i was in such great shape from all that running in highschool. My jaw still pops from when i got cross-checked in the face 12 years ago.
Baseball will always remain my passion though. Pro lacrosse just never did it dor me
