Not a single sentence on the website says how Biden will stop it lol

He's going to try his goodest and if that doesn't work at least he can be proud.

Everyone complaining that millennials were the participation trophy generation forgets who was handing out the participation trophies.

boe jiden is a bipartisan hero, he won't stop project 2025 he'll put his best people on doing it and then when republicans won't vote for it he'll do it by executive order and act like the GOP are the stupid ones for not backing their own plan

[-] InevitableSwing@hexbear.net 2 points 2 months ago

How dare you.

VOTE

If you want to annoy a lib and make sure they don't reply - simply ask the forbidden questions "How? What will he do."

"ctrl + f" "bipartisan"

[-] footfaults@hexbear.net 32 points 2 months ago

reddit-logo has just been all in on project 2025 fearmongering.

They have no plans for how to stop it, beyond Biden winning an election. Which, frankly wouldn't really stop it anyway. This is a systemic and long term problem that one election isn't going to prevent. But reddit DNC shills will never discuss that.

I regret to inform you that there are longtime hexbear users who are also doing this

[-] blakeus12@hexbear.net 23 points 2 months ago* (last edited 2 months ago)

i mean, i'm scared of it. everhone should be. but biden sure as shit won't stop it, no matter who is in office that shit is happening. i'm scared of it because i'm a queer who lives in america and my suggested solution is destroying america, not electing a senile genocidal cracker

[-] nat_turner_overdrive@hexbear.net 15 points 2 months ago

by "doing this" i mean, agitating to vote for Biden because they think he won't just do project 2025 bipartisanly

[-] blakeus12@hexbear.net 12 points 2 months ago

yeah i got what you mean. i was trying to add on

[-] footfaults@hexbear.net 11 points 2 months ago

That's a shame. I get why they're afraid.

I'm ESL. Does this sentence make any sense?

I guess 'Paid for by "Biden for President"' makes sense.

[-] RyanGosling@hexbear.net 37 points 2 months ago

It makes sense if you know that “Biden for President” is an entity and not a declaration in the grammatical sense. But otherwise no, it looks like a Bidenism in text form lol

[-] Kumikommunism@hexbear.net 18 points 2 months ago

Capital letters would normally be what makes this parsable. It's the all-caps that makes it hard. But yes, it's still correct. You don't put a proper name of an organization in quotes.

[-] Orcocracy@hexbear.net 10 points 2 months ago

A colon and putting the two halves on separate lines would also work in all-caps

PAID FOR BY:
BRANDON FOR PREZ

[-] InevitableSwing@hexbear.net 3 points 2 months ago

To make it clear

  • Don't use all caps

  • For clarity format "Biden for President" a different way. I think a simple solution is to make it in italics.

Paid for by Biden for President.

I'm a native speaker but I'm not a linguist. I think when a native speaker says that sentence for clarity they automatically say - "Paid for by" tiny pause "Biden for President".

You are considering eating out. There's two restaurants. One is advertising its menu of "feces and feces-adjecent experiences". The other restaurant is advertising the first ones menu.
Both are murdering palestinians.
There's other restaurants, but they're not as popular.
You decide to cook your own food. Your neighbour yells at you

"Just the facts, Jack." kinda gives the impression that Trump is stating facts in this context...
