Honestly, how are we supposed to exert our 2nd amendment rights to overthrow the tyrannical government without heavy artillery and manpads? Are we going to just have to resort to weaponized racing drones and IEDs?

You gotta wait until you're just before a Boss battle. That's where all your good ammo gets topped off, and a few stashes for whatever is in your explosive slot. Downside is you can't go back and restock after you beat the Boss rage-cry
