Most real world systems, even seemingly simple ones, can easily display physics and material science behavior that could fill a PhD thesis.

This is awesome stuff.

Science fairs are cool. That was one of my favorite things I ever did in school. It was kind of my introduction to project management and using various microsoft office programs as well. Very engaging stuff. My actual project was kind of nonsensical in terms of science but I really enjoyed the overall experience of it.

Having just eaten Taco Bell for lunch yesterday, they should have done some testing and charting of flatulent frequency using baseline testing and various amounts of Taco Bell and sauces.
