I never really liked eggs.
Until my wife came home with a bunch of chickens.
Now I love eggs. And I have far more than I know what to do with, so we've been gifting a lot of eggs.
I love eggs. Fried, in an omelette, sunny side up, deviled. Gimme!

Get chickens, or better yet, some ducks. If you can't keep them yourself for some reason, then find a local farm.
I'm gonna be real I'm not a fan. I like eggs in fried rice, and as a baking ingredient, but by themselves? I'll pass
Yea i have texture issues with eggs that aren’t scrambled and seasoned, it’s just too rubbery feeling and isn’t my favourite flavour on its own
Almost everyone overcooks eggs. The whites should be silky, and the yellows creamy. If the white is rubbery or the yellow chalky, then it's like an overcooked steak. Like yeah, technically you can eat it, but it's not the best form it can take.
You know a fried rice recipe with eggs? Eating boiled eggs is getting tiring.

That's how I always made them, but I don't know that my recipe is any sort of authentic.
It is yes I believe it's second only to rice.
