Hell yeah! Good luck! I've thought about doing that myself. Sometimes when I'm dozing to permaculture vids the algorithm takes me to mycology land.

I know it's a commonly grown edible mushroom, but is there a particular reason you picked oyster mushrooms?

The main thing I looked for was beginner-friendliness, but I'd by lying if I said i didn't initially just think they look really cool and alien

I've heard they can even live off shredded cardboard. It'll be very interesting to see where else they'll grow, I'll have plenty of spores...
