I just watch food videos while I eat. Like, when Im eating my crappy 50-cent ramen, Ill watch a Michelinstar chef prepare a three-course meal.
If ya get a little thing of curry powder it really helps change up that cheap Ramen to something new and boogie fancy.

it's better to focus on the food you're eating than on some form of entertainment. helps you appreciate the meal more and it helps prevent overeating
