Seems fair. The seeds have been doing that to me for years.

Astronauts: we’re not high enough

NASA: we got you covered

Technically far out.

Cant read it, whats the article about?

the lead researcher thinks that cannabis is a hearty and resistant plant. it's ability to adapt makes it a great research subject. they singled out a specific species and want to see how the seeds act after being in space. they are hoping it could grow in zero g with only artificial light, since it's clear that it can grow in artificial light.

but ultimately the lead researcher wants to smoke weed grown from cosmic radiation. dudes lifelong ambition is Martian Weed.

Gotta love his ambition.

Well, only fair. The Martians brought Red Weed with them back in the day

Carl Sagan would approve.

I only skimmed it: they're sending cannabis seeds, along with a number of other things, into space to see how they handle radiation. They believe cannabis would be useful for all sorts of things in a lunar or Mars colony.

I think that about sums it up.

sign me up! I'll test it!

I’m so happy, that rate from the start, the best scientists in the world are trying to figure out how to get weed into space and onto the moon, Mars, and beyond.

Awesome
