The human body is this walking contradiction where it's so durable people come out fine from what seems like catastrophic situations, but also it's so fragile if you fall 20 inches off the ground you break your neck and can be paralyzed for life.
(ironically) put some ice on it, and hope you feel better.

I don't understand shaved ice/Italian ice/whatever else Americans call it. It just sounds like the midpoint between a slushy and an ice cube without the benefits of either.
