Forced to walk by small predator for its amusement
Handles poop on a daily basis, no longer thinks it's gross
Cannot zone out during walk, must always be aware of surroundings
Active at dawn and dusk, the sidewalk is too hot otherwise
The squirrels fear him and warn each other of his advance
Tries to be friendly, but dog ignores neighbors who want to greet it

Sometimes substitutes walk for a visit to a park where their dog will have fun with others while they sit around bored

My two methods of transport is walking or trains. Cycling is too fast and scary and the bus is way too loud. Walking is exactly the right pace and comfort
