It's the one I live in. Or mostly the Soviet style suburban zones in it. I live in one of those.

Great public transport (still, despite neoliberalism), lots of parks and forests, relatively affordable housing, all the needed services pretty much in walking distance (healthcare facilities, schools and daycares, library, shops and restaurants etc.), sporting facilities (gyms, ice hall, swimming hall, beaches, walking and skiing trails).

You don't have to own a car here.

Great diverse population, relatively progressive (an old Red stronghold that hasn't fully gone to shit yet). Great Red history that would reveal what the city is if I get into it. Lots of based agitprop in lamp posts and elsewhere as seen in the picture taken from the nearby park.
