The decorations usually involve paint schemes and stickers. The cars are seen prominently in places such as Akihabara (Tokyo), Nipponbashi (Osaka), or Ōsu (Nagoya), or Itasha-based events, such as Odaiba Itasha Tengoku.

People can put whatevet they want on their vehicle, that's none of my business. That said, I'd be too afraid that having something like this would incentivize some asshole to vandalize my car.
