Pretty powerful tbh. Can be an enabler in a dozen different combos relying on ⬆️ or ⬇️ triggered effects. Even where it doesn't directly enable a combo, being able to swap around at instant speed gives a ton of flexibility and battle tricks, making it really hard to swing into a player with this on the board.
