No idea who the woman in the green is, but she seems to not be as used to the smell as everyone else in this administration
It's Kathryn Burgum, wife of Interior Secretary (and former North Dakota governor) Doug Burgum.
Being from North Dakota, you'd think she'd be used to the smell of manure.
livestock manure is mostly grass and thus extremely fibrous and pretty inoffensive. Trump's diet meanwhile seems to actually be mcdonald's food, and is thus optimized to produce the most horrifying results possible.
Manure & a rotting corpse are two different smells though.
Eyes on green. She heard it. She smells it. Can't unsmell it.

About 33 seconds into the clip there is a squelching fart noise. It aligns with the lady in green's quickly-stifled horrified reaction. The fart noise had a wet component to the sound, as if liquid was oozing out in addition to gas. It's quite probable that he ended the meeting because he gave himself a mud ring and had to go wipe it and change his diaper.
It's such a perfect sound it really does seem fake, especially if you listen to it a couple times to be sure.
Like the opposite of semantic satiation.
After so many listens, it's stops being a fart sound and starts sounding like an obvious sound effect added in for gags.
It just elicits a visual, you can tell with you ears it's not dry.
I really hope the next magat trend is shitting themselves just to be like dear leader.
At least then we could smell them coming.

Beyond just Trump, being an elected official should have a strictly enforced retirement age. I'm saying no one over 65.
Eh, the age limit should be the same as the general age of pension, and it should only apply for being able to be voted in.
This means that if you get voted in at 65, than you are able to serve that term, but nothing longer.
