8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners or news aggregators.
All posts must link to original article sources. You may include archival links in the post description. News aggregators such as Yahoo, Google, Hacker News, etc. should be avoided in favor of the original source link. Newswire services such as AP, Reuters, or AFP, are frequently republished and may be shared from other credible sources.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

Not a tax refund. What if you don't pay taxes?
Only?... We need a public petition.
And a national civil lawsuit vs our gov.
I demand compensation beyond merely my financial losses.
They can cut back on spending on military projects and deals with billion dollar companies and tax the rich.
The money is there.
The tariffs were always illegal. Mild shock at the Supreme Court actually giving a real ruling on the law.
The Supreme Court, which has been recognized for two centuries as the authority on the rule of law, is now in conflict with the executive branch. The legislative branch, ostensibly the most powerful, has been useless for a long time now.
I increasingly worry that Trump’s get out of jail free card is Epstein. He was in the child raping demon club, and the law doesn’t apply to them. No matter how public it is, they own everything and always get away with it. The American presidency is just another lever they pull.
I agree with everything you said except that Trump wasn't just a member of the child raping demon club.. He was helping run and supply it.

If nothing happens, who will be surprised? Rule of law, even the Supreme Court, is suspended for these dick-weasels... I don't care. Arrest them or shut up.

Refunds from what? As far as I know, the tariffs haven't generate positive revenue, so any money that gets 'refunded' is literally coming from taxes we paid, which will have to be paid again. I don't see a way to do this that doesn't cost more the less you have.
As a someone living on the other side of the ocean I don't have a stake in this, but:

Which is why there should be a legal possibility of regressive claims against elected officials who abuse their powers and break law.
