Or brain. Be worm brains and save even more money. Says the moron getting paid a million a year to peddle Ivermectin.

Do you think it made the worm smarter? It didn't do this fucker any good, that's for sure.

cheaper cuts of steak that are very affordable

IRL at the grocery store three days ago: cube steak was $7. Super thin cut steak for milenesa was $14. An actual steak of any kind? $20+. Let alone a nice one which is legit $30

There are literally no cheap beef products of any kind anymore. Beef used to make good cuts of chicken look expensive, now its the opposite. I can buy a pound of chicken breast for $6-$7, which is a hell of a lot more meat (and better) than a cube steak

Liver is good, and nutritious...

It's cheap because people hated it as kids, and if people start eating it, it'll stop being cheap.

Like, livers don't grow on trees. It's not like we can increase production of just that. Telling everyone to eat liver cuz it's cheap, just makes it more expensive.

The real answer is just less meat, but RFK can't say that because he's telling people most of their calories should come from meat and animal fats.

It’s almost as if he is a complete idiot who has no understanding of (amongst many other things both crucial to his job and generally understood by the vast majority of normal people) how supply and demand works.

Brisket is in greater supply than liver, as an example. Two per cow, 5-10kg. One liver per cow, about 5kg.

Cheap cuts were cheap and then started to become more popular as beef prices rise and now are pretty expensive compared to historical cost. Market pressure and all that.

Yeah, I grew up rural so when we needed beef, we had an uncle butcher a cow.

Extended family would split it between a couple households in deep freezers, but organ meat was always fucking contentious because we were all hillbillies.

At one point there was a waiting list for hearts, and we even tried a raffle system.

It's all supply and demand, there's a shit ton of beef in a cow, there's a lot less of every organ. So if people get a taste for something, it goes from "trash" to "premium" real quick.

When i was a kid kangaroo was cheap meat so that's what we used to eat a lot of.

Then it somehow became popular and now it costs 60 cents more per kg then beef $14.60 vs $14.00
