i don't buy it that they need to bomb iran to "distract from the epstein files"

they wouldn't be prosecuted about it anyway period, and it's not like people are gonna forget we have pedophilic elites.

I do imagine there are more fundamental reasons why the US finally decided to attack Iran.

[–] asdasd201@lemmygrad.ml 2 points 13 hours ago (1 children)

It's more like those files are used for blackmailing Trump & Co. to attack Iran.

[–] umbrella@lemmy.ml 7 points 12 hours ago (1 children)

the us has been threatening iran from way before trump was even being considered for presidency.

[–] asdasd201@lemmygrad.ml 3 points 12 hours ago (1 children)

Yes they do, Iran embargo was way before Trump. But as I understand, Trump was sort of reluctant to attack Iran, and even kidnapped Maduro for distraction.

trump kidnapped maduro for intimidation, and was just as immune from the epstein stuff then.

i think you guys will have to depose him if you want him to see consequences.

You guys

Don't look at me, I don't even live in the American continents.

[–] umbrella@lemmy.ml 1 points 2 hours ago* (last edited 2 hours ago)

even if you did, i don't think usians in general are ready for action at all.

i think you guys will have to depose him if you want him to see consequences.

too many americans are either too comfortable or too desperate to do this; only a systems collapse caused by either climate change or economic crisis will accomplish this.

then we better hope the oil stuff crashes their economy asap, i really don't want to see what an empire-ending climate change crisis would look like.

[–] eldavi@lemmy.ml 2 points 1 hour ago (1 children)

i suspect that they're going to use nukes once their oil stuff is truly threatened

[–] umbrella@lemmy.ml 1 points 1 hour ago* (last edited 53 minutes ago)

then they better come up with a new way to keep rule of the world like they are rn, because they will be throwing their ruling global economy in the trash and they are not the only ones with nukes.

though to be fair detonating the planet and ending life on earth as we know it because they can't have it all to themselves anymore is something i can totally see them do 🥲

WE’VE BEEN LYING TO YOU THIS WHOLE TIME ABOUT WHAT YOU ACTUALLY BELIEVE, BUT IT’S NOT WORKING ANYMORE BECAUSE OF INTERNET MEDIA ON THE RIGHT AND THE LEFT,

MORE AT ELEVEN.

LOOK OVER HERE, the Israeli government totally does not have video footage of our billionaire owner raping underage women on Epstein island.

Damn it, why isn’t it working anymore?

[–] Alloi@lemmy.world 8 points 19 hours ago

sure it did, diddy

[–] CMLVI@lemmy.world 44 points 1 day ago

I don't think it has. I think media is saying it has.

[–] reallykindasorta@slrpnk.net 35 points 1 day ago

Don’t worry, none of us have forgotten about the international pedo ring that many of our public servants tolerated, enabled, and participated in and then did not take responsibility for when they were exposed.

[–] DeborahLevine@thelemmy.club 23 points 1 day ago

No it hasn't...

[–] ScrambledEggs@lazysoci.al 4 points 20 hours ago (1 children)
