It turns out when most of the world shrugs and does the opposite of reducing emissions that things don't get fixed.

China is basically the only country taking it seriously, and meanwhile the west is simply increasing fossil fuel extraction while causing wars over this shit.

xi-plz it's the only way for the future.

Yearly average temperatures have so little to do with experienced temperatures/climate. There has to be a better way to communicate that stuff.

there may be but i haven't seen any. every place has a different climate that gets affected in different ways in different times of the year. the best you can do is to average out a local measure over place and time, which the global yearly average temperature is exactly that.
