At best it'll be his usual rambling and incoherent televised campaign speech that we've heard 8000 times before, and at worst he'll unilaterally declare war or Canada or some shit.
They potentially plan to announce the 2020 election was a sham and probably use that to impact any and all midterm results.
As I've constantly said...midterms will change nothing about America's current trajectory.
For those keeping score at home, Trump has been very publicly claiming that the 2020 election was rigged since November 5th, 2020.
In fact, he even said before the election "if I lose it's rigged".
A long time ago I did try watching at least some of his addresses because he is after all the President, but if I can’t make it through a word salad quote of him I sure as hell can’t make it through that droning, meandering McDonald’s grease lined esophagus voice thing he does.
It’s going to be elections related. To announce all the “fraud” they have found and cherry-picked to form a narrative that aligns to their “theory”.
Someone ask Kash Patel what it will be about. Kash is desperate to announce anything he can so he can quit work for the day and get back to his drinking.
His Iran war is on the escalation track. My guess is either that the U.S. will do something between now and Thursday to escalate the war, most likely some sort of ground offensive to take key locations to attempt to take control over the strait of Hormuz, or that he will make the case that it is necessary to escalate the war as part of his weak-ass saber rattling campaign. My greatest concern is that sooner or later he'll reach for the nukes, which he's been itching to do for a long, long time.
In an interview before his first term he commented that we had nukes, why not use them? The response from his supporters was that he was just kidding or talking metaphorically. The same people who voted for him because he says what he means.

If that was the case, once the ships that were intended to do operation that suddenly has some major malfunction or onboard-fire, he'd have to cancel his talk.
I've started to see an uptick in bot accounts across different platforms saying something along the lines of "lol there's no need for negotiation. if the usa really wanted to destroy Iran, all it takes is a push on 1 button. if anything trump is showing alot of restraint". So definitely building towards actually having boots on the ground if the uptick of strikes on kharg island is correct. Could also see that operation go sideways and call for full scale invasion as a false flag event.
