I mean, you can do things with limited VRAM and a lot of compute power, if you're going to program stuff targeting this particular system. Like, the idea of such a system isn't intrinsically crazy.
But given this:

I can't help but think that the OEM selling this is doing nothing other than trying to exploit people who have trouble navigating the technical specifications.
