[–] BigBoyShuanzee@aussie.zone 15 points 8 hours ago

I assume this meme was made by an American.

It's spelt: C U N T And in my country it's not gendered language.

I am a white man and I've been called a cunt more times than I can count. And I've called my friends and random people a cunt so many insane amounts of times that even the greatest computer on earth couldn't calculate it.

[–] Mac@mander.xyz 6 points 7 hours ago

Hey there,
I was going to reflexively make that Harry Potter joke about the guy that dies buy decided to take this opportunity to say FUCK JK ROWLING, may her cunt be dry and itchy and her toenails grow into her skin.

Have a nice day

[–] Natanox@discuss.tchncs.de 35 points 11 hours ago

Cunt.
The word is cunt. Cunty Cunty Cunt.
There, now you can rest easy and not have to wonder what the word was.

[–] OpenStars@discuss.online 1 points 1 hour ago

The artist knew... but they managed to get your engagement here, so it worked.

[–] DmMacniel@feddit.org 4 points 10 hours ago

Spelling the word Cunt like cunt is cunty.

[–] aldhissla@piefed.world 17 points 10 hours ago

Fuck your censorship, cunt.

Simple as.

[–] Burghler@sh.itjust.works 1 points 5 hours ago

YouTube will do that anyway by just frontpaging some insane spoiler vids thumbnail and title.

[–] darkmogool@feddit.org 11 points 10 hours ago

Found a spelling error. It's written: CUNT

Me watching people take MCU seriously after endgame 7 years ago in which it became painfully obvious Disney ran out of ideas just like they did with every other franchise they own.

Aren’t the only people who care basically children? What is the context in which you are spoiling the plot to a children’s show?

There are a lot of adults who take the MCU way too seriously.

[–] ceenote@lemmy.world 38 points 14 hours ago (3 children)

I sure hope Uncle Ben makes it.

[–] No_Money_Just_Change@feddit.org 7 points 11 hours ago (1 children)

Uncle ben does, in fact, not make it. He has nothing to do with the creation of the movie as he is the mascot of a rice company, not an employee in film production

[–] ceenote@lemmy.world 2 points 3 hours ago

Woah, spoilers!

[–] 7U5K3N@lemmy.dbzer0.com 8 points 13 hours ago

One rule. No one stays dead but Uncle Ben.

[–] MimicJar@lemmy.world 2 points 13 hours ago

The Thing should be fine.

[–] ExLisper@lemmy.curiana.net 13 points 13 hours ago

Didn't they already do a Spider-man movie?

[–] RidderSport@feddit.org 3 points 9 hours ago

Dumbledore dies...

[–] yoru77@lemmy.dbzer0.com 3 points 9 hours ago

I bet there is a spider... or even a man...

[–] vogi@piefed.social 2 points 9 hours ago

I think Spider man defeats the Bad guy in a very predictable manner.

Hope this wasn't actually a spoiler I wouldnt know I thought they stopped the series with Endgame.

If a movie can be spoiled by revealing a plot twist, it's not a good movie. There are a lot of great movies with great plot twist, but even if you know the twist, the movie is not ruined at all and is endlessly rewatchable.

This is why I hate mysteries. Like Murder on the Orient Express. The most interesting part is the ending and the rest of it is a forgettable man with a moustache talking to other forgettable people for two hours about forgettable stuff. The worst episode of Law and Order is better than any given mystery story.

[–] snooggums@piefed.world 3 points 4 hours ago

If a movie can be spoiled by revealing a plot twist, it’s not a good movie.

If a movie can be ruined by knowing the plot twist then it is not a good movie. Not knowing a twist can improve the experience of the movie because it has more of an impact when it is unexpected. Also knowing if someone does or does not die in a movie really affects any tension the first time watching, which can make a lot of tense scenes meaningless the first time through.

For example, the Sixth Sense is great if the plot twist isn't spoiled because the first time you watch it with one context up until the twist and a rewatch gives you another while you see all the signs of the twist. It is still a good movie even if it is spoiled by knowing the plot twist, but the experience is different.

[–] VonReposti@feddit.dk 4 points 10 hours ago

It doesn't matter how good the movie is, knowing a plot twist takes away some of the suspension.

I never watch a trailer before I watch a movie. I'll read who the director is, maybe some of the cast, the short intro line, and the genre. That's it. Anything more spoils the fun. I can never go blind into a movie on a rewatch, so going blind into the movie on a first watch is the only opportunity.
