Depending on traffic, 30 minutes to an hour.

About 1-2 miles, but the cow numbers are quite limited. Probably 10 miles before I reach high cow density.

10 minutes by bike. 3 minutes by car

I live in a large city (relative to my country) and I'm about 10 minutes away from a cow (I know this for a fact).

I am on vacation and am almost directly in the middle of Chicago's loop. So uhhhh several miles?

A live one or a dead one? From a live one, depending on your definition of cow, I could bike to one in 20 minutes. If you're okay counting a dead one there's a butcher shop around the corner from me so, quite close.

I mean... I'm pretty sure the local uni has some, its old enough to have like a farming department of some sort. So that brings it down a lot. But it's gotta be more like 20-30 mins drive for an actual farm? Idk, there's gotta be some weirdo in the suburbs with a cow as a pet right?

probably about 10km, though I used to live much closer

[-] FourteenEyes@hexbear.net 3 points 11 months ago

At the moment probably like 20 or 30 miles but it's mostly food crops nearby

[-] Cigarette_comedian@hexbear.net 3 points 11 months ago

About 10 km I'd say, would take over 40 minutes by bus depending on traffic.

I.... I don't know... Why... This... What...

Probably 1min if we consider the supermarket, if we go for live ones like maybe a 30min drive

[-] envis10n@hexbear.net 2 points 11 months ago

Somewhere in the range of 500 ft to 2 miles. Almost 100% of the time

I live downwind from a town named after a breed of cow.

I live too close to cows, man, way to close.
