I have a very specific vanity plate and have used this before. Since my plate is one that donates to an org, it also has additional letters in smaller print. I have seen searches for the larger letters and the timestamps align with my traveling of that day within the location the search was performed.
Since they aren't using the full plate ("ABCDEF" where "EF" are the additional characters) are they actually finding me?
