i've been depressed my entire life and my dental hygiene used to be atrocious as a kid. these days, in my late 20s, i typically brush once a day in the morning and mouthwash before bed because the day takes a lot out of me energy wise and brushing my teeth ends up feeling like a monumental task. i go to the dentist every 3 to 4 months so more than the average person, but my insurance covers it. i use an electric toothbrush. i've only had one cavity and have all of my teeth including my wisdom teeth because they're not damaged and don't have cavities.

i like to make this salad pretty often, it's my favorite!

-spinach (or any preferred greens)

-sliced strawberries

-sunflower seed kernels (i use raw and unsalted)

-crumbled goat cheese

-quality balsamic vinegar

i see! thank you, that's very informative. i do have steam and a very solid desktop PC as well, so if i go for 5 then i'll get it on steam. you're right that if i went with 5 first i wouldn't really feel like i'm missing anything from 4.

hi there! i'm hoping to check out the rune factory series on the switch. i grew up with harvest moon and it was one of my favorite series. right now i play stardew valley, but i want something a little different, and i've heard good things about rune factory. i want a game i can really sink into that's not JUST farming.

my question is, i'm torn about whether to play rune factory 4 or 5. it seems like a lot of people loved 4 and say that 5 is a downgrade in some aspects. i wouldn't know because i have not played any of the games. i would get both if i had more money to spend but alas, i am poor, so i can only pick one.

what are the differences between the two? i know that one is a lot older than the other so graphics are obvious but i don't really mind either way. but what about the characters? the farming? the combat? any details would be greatly appreciated!!! thank you!

hi there!

i am 27/nb, married for over 5 years to my partner (28). i got permanently sterilized last year and i love it. we aren't well off by any means, but we're comfortable enough, have a house, and have the time to do what we want without being tied down by a kid.

we are both in the field of IT, so hoping to work our way up and start making real money in a handful of years. we would like to move to a different country as well (currently we are in the US). we love the freedom of the DINK life!

not this weekend but next weekend, i am hoping to get the harvest moon remake and maybe we love katamari remake. loved these games as a kid so a lot of nostalgia there.

i'm really sorry for your loss

not really, at least in my situation. i've been married for over 5 years and my partner is absolutely my best friend and i can be my full self with them.

however, i also have a lot of other friends and acquaintances. each of them fills a different role in my life. all of them are unique. my partner doesn't have all of the same interests as me, but my friends all fulfill a different part of my personality that my partner cannot, and they also help support me through difficult times as a team.

it's really essential to have a support system and a wide variety of friends in your life. putting all your eggs in one basket isn't healthy or fair. adulthood can certainly be lonely. i'm approaching 30 and feel it now more than ever as people in my life go down different paths and we have less in common and less time for each other.

it's okay though. there are so many people in the world to connect with. you'll find your people.

i can get behind the quadrant pizza

eating a frozen pizza without cooking it sounds like something i would do in the deepest throes of a depression episode
