the spicy gluten strip snacks are so damn good. love those things. it's just fried gluten soaked in chilli oil and sesame oil, but i's so damn good
thing is tho, it always feels kinda random how spicy each brand will be depending on which asian grocers I get them from. I like them spicy, but one time I got some that were real spicy
they just have such a nice chew to them, the oil comes out as you bite. love 'em
