Token cishet white guy, there's a time and a place for getting titillated into whacking off and a video game exploring the complex web of a man's guilt and psycho-sexual hangups is NOT the place.
...so long as Maria is attractive and relatively sexualized (since she represents his frustrated sexuality, she's essentially born of a sex fantasy version of his dead wife) and the nurses keep a sort of distorted mixture of overtly feminine features that could be attractive but not together, and are firmly in the uncanny valley and just...wrong.
Angela has less of a concern over what kind of design they go with, since she's not a projection of James' psyche. So anything that resembles the character from the original is fine. Maybe not the picture from the OP since that seems way out of line for the tone, but aside from that...
