It's not what food "AI" controls, it's what food Big Corps control. When you look at things like Monsanto -> Bayer GMO crop patents, John Deere unrepairable tractors, and on and on, it's pretty ugly. AI is just the next tool in the agriculture mega-corps' anti-consumer march, to continue to "optimize" gouging money from everyone else.
