Situs inversus totalis. And yes, there is yuri featuring it. It is technically wholesome but feels a bit forced (humans' external anatomy is symmetrical so the girl's SIT is not as consequential as the snail's)
Yui Hirasawa from the anime K-On! with red line dividing her face. Top text: "I have two sides" Bottom text: "I'm a bilateral animal"
(Unrelated character, not from the hentai)

4 pages, English, monochrome, uncensored, females only. Wholesome List rating: A+. Content warnings: NSFW, dysphoria, explicit self harm. nhentai #334159/nhentai via cubari.moe frontend/E-hentai

What the fucking fuck was this.

Yup, weird (not nearly as weird as some other hentai plots), but at least it was short. Sometimes the manga turns unwholesome or unrealistic after dozens of pages, which I find awfully insulting to the reader. It's Wholesome List's shortest hentai but I don't think it deserves A+.

No. And the pic? Hell no. And it kinda implies snails aren't bilateral, which is not true. But that's not stopping me.
