It's also how much you twist your back when you move the snow around, even if it's small amounts bad body mechanics will still get you.
The snow was very heavy though, I did all the sidewalks around my apartment and took a 3 hour nap after
Yeah I weigh over 300 pounds so I slept for like 8 hours both times I shoveled and I still feel obliterated ๐๐๐
