Within the Sentinelese islands, ... there are villages that have never seen the outside world, and they have a villager's understanding of what goes on in the rest of the world; undeniably they have beliefs about the rest of the world that a lot of folks like us might think are silly.

Whatever beliefs they have about the rest of the world lead them to shoot missionaries with arrows, so they can't be too far from the truth.

Ironically what's happening outside looks a lot like what happened to them that led them to shun the outside world

An explorer who went there took some of their kids to his ship and had them strip nude for him to photograph them, and potentially do other awful stuff to them; they also saw their people across their islands catch diseases from these explorers that they were not prepared for and many of them died. So basically Epstein and covid happened to them; seems to line up with the outside world.
